Did you catch my Beach Day Essentials post a couple of weeks ago? Well included in my beach bag was this beautiful and very colorful ZAGS sun wrap!
Our family lives in the sun all summer long. I’m down to Charleston every chance I get, we spends the weekends on Lake Keowee and if there is sun outside on a day that ends in “y” you can find me at the pool with my two and a half year old and 9 month old. It’s no surprise that this ZAGS wrap is my go-to-product of choice this summer.

Today I’m chatting with Charleston artist, Kate Mullin Williford of Kate Mullin Art. I first became obsessed with her work when I stumbled across one of her cow paintings on instagram. I mean can I have an entire wall of cows in my house please? I love her signature style with all the bold colors and thick strokes. And I’m not the only one that has taken notice. She has been featured by One Kings Lane, Furbish Stuidos, The Gallery on Broad and many more.

I’m sure by now you all have heard about the incredible jewelry line Twine & Twig based out of Charlotte, NC. After all they have been featured on MarthaStewart.com, Southern Living, Charlotte Magazine & more. In fact I discovered their brand through my tireless boutique shopping but really took notice one night when I saw their incredible full-page spread in the August 2015 issue of Southern Living. Considering they launched in the fall of 2013 that is a pretty incredible rise to stardom if you ask me!
We’re headed west of the Mississippi today, ya’ll! I have a serious love for all things Texas. Randomly enough I worked two jobs before starting this blog and traveled to Dallas frequently for both. Maybe it’s the BBQ or all the great shopping but there is just something about Texas that makes me feel like I belong. So it’s no secret that when I stumbled across Texas based Pink Champagne Paper I was immediately in love. Based in DFW & Austin, Pink Champagne Paper is a full service paper design studio boutique.
Today I’m chatting with Charleston artist, Blakely Little of Blakely Made. I was already familiar with Blakely’s work but once I saw her art hanging in Cannon Green last August I quickly added her to my short list of artists to feature. Then I had a baby and life slowed down a tad and now I’m so excited to finally be posting all about this artist whose work I love so much.
I love how effortlessly she uses bright colors to create airy and muted pieces. Seriously you can just get lost in her paintings of marshlands and waterways. It’s no wonder she has been featured
